Interests: Mental health, clinical social work, practice research, social justice, and rural and remote practice.

Dr. Anne Marie McLaughlin has extensive experience in rural community mental health practice and child welfare. She worked in Northern Alberta for 15 years as a child welfare worker, a mental health therapist and as a director of a regional mental health program.
