If you are a University Transfer applicant who requires the pre-requisite course, SOWK201, for Fall 2014 admission, the Faculty of Social Work has seats available in spring or summer 2014.
If you intend to take the course online in Spring or Summer 2014, you will need to apply and register as an Open Studies student. spring/summer Open Studies Applications open on February 3, 2014. Spring application and document deadline is May 2, 2014. Summer application and document deadline is June 20, 2014 and the form can be found at the following link. http://www.ucalgary.ca/registrar/forms_students. Complete the form and submit to our Edmonton office by fax to 780 492-5774 or in person to #444, 11044 - 82 Avenue, Edmonton, AB T6G 0T2. You must arrange for official transcripts to be sent directly by the issuing institution to Enrolment Services in Calgary. Once you have been admitted as an Open Studies student, please contact the faculty at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain permission to register.
